지하철 언제와?(이하 “앱”)는 서울 지하철 실시간 도착 정보를 홈 화면 위젯으로 제공하는 앱입니다. 앱은 계정이 없으며, 광고와 분석(트래킹) 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

1. 위치 정보

• 앱은 가장 가까운 지하철역을 찾기 위해 기기의 위치 정보(GPS)에 접근합니다.
• 위치 좌표는 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
• 서버에는 좌표 대신 선택된 역 식별자(예: “강남역”)만 전송되어 해당 역의 도착 정보를 조회합니다.

2. 서버로 전송되는 정보

• 도착 정보 조회 요청: 역 식별자, 노선명.
• 앱 무결성 확인: Google Firebase App Check(Play Integrity)가 앱이 변조되지 않은 정품인지 확인하기 위해 기기 무결성 신호를 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다. 이는 API 남용 방지 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
• 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.

3. 저장되는 정보

• 서버는 개인 식별 정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 요청 기록(역 식별자, 시각)은 서비스 운영·오류 진단 목적의 로그로 단기간 보관 후 삭제됩니다.
• 기기에는 마지막으로 본 역과 도착 정보 스냅샷이 앱 데이터로 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공

• 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
• 도착 정보의 출처는 서울 열린데이터광장 공공 API입니다.

5. 아동

• 이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 방침 변경

• 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

When’s the Subway? (the “app”) shows live Seoul Metro arrival times as a home screen widget. The app has no accounts and uses no advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.

1. Location

• The app accesses device location (GPS) solely to find the nearest subway station.
• Coordinates are processed on the device only — they are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Requests to our server contain only a station identifier (e.g. “Gangnam”), used to look up arrivals for that station.

2. Data sent to the server

• Arrival lookups: station identifier and line name.
• App integrity: Google Firebase App Check (Play Integrity) may send device integrity signals to Google to verify the app is genuine. This is used only to prevent API abuse.
• All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

3. Data stored

• The server stores no personally identifiable information. Request logs (station identifier, timestamp) are kept briefly for operations and debugging, then deleted.
• The device stores the last viewed station and an arrivals snapshot as app data, removed when the app is uninstalled.

4. Third parties

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• Arrival data originates from the Seoul Open Data Plaza public API.

5. Children

• The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children’s data.

6. Changes

• Changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
